Life and Passions of Jesus Chaplet

Overview

Mary our Blessed Mother is calling us to a deeper union and Love with Jesus through the complete passions and Life of Jesus.  When you pray the Life and Passions of Jesus you pray the 3 Hail Marys between each Mystery which represent the Trinity of the Father, Son, Holy Spirit which leads to Faith, Hope, and Charity as you pray the Hail Marys.  So you have 60 Hail Marys in your Meditation as you complete all four Mysteries of the Life and Passions of Jesus.

Prayers of Blessed Mother Teresa

“O God, we believe You are here.  We adore You and love You with our whole heart and soul because You are most worthy of all our love.  We desire to love You as the Blessed do in Heaven…Flood our souls with Your spirit and life.  Penetrate and possess our whole being utterly, that our lives may only be a radiance of Yours.  Shine through us, and be so in us, that every soul we come in contact with may feel Your presence in our soul.  Let them look up and see no longer us, but only Jesus!”

Testimony: Making the Life and Passions of Jesus Chaplet

When I started the Rosary of Life prayer book, (now the Life and Passions of Jesus) in July of 2007, I started writing down the prayers and passions as I prayed in adoration, which is praying a holy hour in front of the blessed sacrament of the living body of Christ, which is the consecration (blessing) of the bread during mass that becomes the body of Christ.

Prayer For The Unborn

O, Mary, Immaculate Mother, we beseech you by the joy you experienced in the birth of Jesus, your divine Son, to take under your motherly protection all the babies not yet born.  Obtain for them and all human life the grace to survive in this abortion oriented society.  Watch over them always.  Pray that from the very moment of conception, when they receive God’s gift of life, their hearts and spirits pure and innocent may respond to the beating of the Eucharistic heart of Jesus and attach themselves to him forever.   In the name of Jesus, Amen.
John 14: 4, 5, 13

Saint of the Day

  • St. Magdalen of Canossa (April 10, 2012)
Wealth and privilege did nothing to prevent today's saint from following her calling to serve Christ in the poor. Nor did the protests of her relatives, concerned that such work was beneath her.

Prayer In Honor of the Sacred Wounds

My Crucified Jesus!
I adore the Wounds in Thy Sacred Head
With sorrow deep and true.
May every thought of mine today
Be an act of Love for You.

I adore the Wounds of Thy Sacred Hands
With sorrow deep and true.
May every work of my hands today
Be an act of Love for You.

I adore the Wounds in Thy Sacred Feet
With sorrow deep and true.
May every step I take today
Be an act of Love for You.

I adore the Wound in Thy Sacred Heart
With sorrow deep and true.
May every beat of my heart today
Be an act of Love for You.
In the name of Jesus, Amen.
John 14: 4, 5, 13
